Autumn is the only season that has two purposes, to gather and to let go. Some believe that what we plant in the fall is what we receive the following year. What are we called to create together? What will assist us in finding and keeping our center? How do we navigate the world at this time? How do we care for ourselves and each other? In this session, we will be working with different forms of guidance and practices that return us home to the truer truth that we are meant to be here. This being the case. What now?
Takeaways:- How we can find navigation systems to return us to our equilibrium
- Ways to access guidance and practices that return us home
- Looking at the seeds we want to plant emotionally spiritually and physically
- Practical applications of how we can best let go and how we can best harvest what's truly good for us
About Char:
Char is a mentor, spiritual teacher, poet, and memoirist. She is the Spiritual Director of Sundust Oracle Institute. She has a healing practice integrating ancient and cutting-edge technologies so more healing modalities are available, as all healing begins with the soul.
