May 3rd, 2025 - Saturday 11-1 PM - The Realization Process: an Embodied Approach to Personal Healing and Nondual Realization - Judith Blackstone - Online

| /

Judith Blackstone will teach the main practices of the Realization Process, a unique series of meditative practices for embodied personal and relational healing, and nondual spiritual awakening. These gentle attunement practices can help you feel both more present and more receptive within your whole body. They cultivate wholeness, sensory and emotional resilience, grounding, authenticity, and the ability to connect deeply with others without loss of inward contact with yourself.
